  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Within 30 days of delivery, you may return your Arcade Palm console for a full refund, no questions asked. The console must be in its original, unused condition with all accessories and packaging.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your Arcade Palm console arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, you may request a full refund or a replacement within 30 days of delivery. Please provide photos or videos of the issue to expedite the process.
  • Exceptions: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for Arcade Palm consoles that have been modified, tampered with, or show signs of misuse.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@arcadepalm.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
  3. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Shipping Costs:

  • Defective/Damaged Items: We will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.
  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time:

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned Arcade Palm console. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
