We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 24-48 hours.
Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Include the RMA number on a note inside the package.
Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Free Returns: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we'll cover the return shipping costs.
